Hello guys,

I had a question lately, i just finished my first 2 college semesters, and a couple of my friends applied for work and travel visas and got granted a visa. Now, i wanted to join them too, but I have a 10 year B1/2 Visa that was granted back in Nov 2011, if I go with that visa i have no ability to work, and without working is going to be really expensive for me there to live for 2-3 months, and i have no intention to break the law and work illegally.

My question is, what would happen to my existing Visa, if I applied to a Work and Travel Visa (J1) on behalf of my college (they have a couple of companies that deal with this stuff), would that have to be cancelled? Or would i just have two visas on my passport?

Thanks in advance!

Tony
