You've probably never served...so I'll pardon your ignorance on the lingo.

Yeah, all made up. That's what we do.

Freaking chicken-hawks...lol

I don't think being a janitorial contractor counts as serving in the military. Maybe it does.

Well you beat me to it. Outlawing the device used to commit the crime doesn't make sense. As far as I can tell shooting someone is still illegal.

People are always gonna kill other people. But the rate of death as a result of person to person violence has hit historical records since the modernization of firearms. Make people kill each other with knives. Deaths will still happen, but there will be less

I agree. Unfortunately, we can't go back 600 years. Firearms are here to stay. Especially in the U.S. People need to accept that reality. Once they do, we can start focusing on the cause of the firearm violence.

Hint: It aint the firearms.

In my opinion I don't care if people served or not...its a choice. My issue is when service is disputed based solely on something they looked up. They have janitors in the USMC...they call them privates. lol

sure, even though it's technically inaccurate. although i'm curious about who in the conversation is "non-serving"

Anyone that doesn't know that this sidearm is called a .45 automatic is usually suspect. I didn't start the terminology, it started way back when it was first issued.

"And good night Chesty Puller wherever you are..."

Historical in the sense of going down, you post implied the opposite.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Then maybe you should have known the term? I'm just saying.

And that blue card is from what branch of the armed service?
