i plan to study in ohio athens , i did an application for athens technical college but they told me , when the fee is received they will accept me (20$) and i dont know how i can pay it .

Ask your dad about this one. He can help you.

but i'm 19 year-old how can i marry ? i'm too young for that , i know a girl in the U.S

you have a brother headed off to the usa, right? suggest to your brother that he find you a nice woman, and bring her to Tunisia to meet you during his vacation break.

hey what about my U.S brother apply for a green card for my father and then my father apply one for me ? how long would it take to get the green card for my brother and then for me ?

1. usa brother apply for the father, about 1 year from start to finish.

2. father apply for you after receiving green card - anywhere from 2 to 20 years, but in between when/if he becomes a usa citizen, that time decreases some.

no i can't do thats that's insane and illegal , i'm muslim bro

there are nice muslim women in usa - your brother can set up an arranged marriage through an imam at a local mosque in the usa.

Yep, a tourist visa. You need to make an appointment for interview, fill in some forms and bring proof of ties- ie reasons you will return home after your visit to the USA:

you'll need the same visa that your father needs,

so

pay attention to your father, for his paperwork. you need to do the exact same paperwork.

what document i need to prove that i'm coming back to home country for exemple ?

if my U.S brother come with me and tell them that i'll return , is that work ?

Home country ties are things like:

  • A rental or mortgage agreement for your home
  • Job contract and/or letter from your employer stating when you're expected back
  • Evidence of where you are attending school and on what dates you are expected back in class
  • Car insurance and other bills for things showing you are maintaining your life at home

Your brother saying so isn't evidence.

ask your father what he intends to use, then use something similar.

the two of you (you and your father) are applying for the same type of visa.
