You could improve your English and take the required test. That would be easier.

If your life is meant to end within the next 12 years it most likely would happen with or without waiting for a green card to the US.

You have to wait for a visa/number to become available and as a family member such as a brother, it takes many years. There is a limit to how many people can have family visas and when.... they have to keep a limit to it. If they just let everybody in the US when they want we would have a huge over-population problem with no housing, no jobs, hungry people... etc. We have enough of this going on as it is now without capping the amount of people coming in.

Yes we wish everyone could come and go as they please, but that is an ideal world. This is reality and you only have so many options.

Married to a USC. A large number of people here obtained their GC through marriage. It took most of those people around a year to do so.

As you are not in a relationship with an American (to our knowledge), this is not a route you can take, obviously.

Quite. As I said - this is not a path for you, most likely.

Marrying to obtain a GC only (i.e. the relationship is not genuine) is fraud and can incur a lifetime ban to the US.

You should only marry for the right reasons.

You should go and study English, pass the TOEFL test, and then apply to college and get a student visa. It will take time (but probably less than 12 years), but then you'll have a legal means to be in the US for a length of time.

Moving to America is not simple and for everyone, as noted above.

Immigration to the USA is difficult, they do not make it easy to get a greencard.

There are no colleges without fees- even US citizens pay college fees. You could look into scholarships from your home country.
