1) is it easy to get a student visa since my brothers and sister are a U.S citizen ?

No, it will have no difference, other than if finances are a problem, they can possibly sponsor you.

2) what i need to get a student visa ?

Get accepted by a US college, then get a interview at the US embassy and show ties to home (ie reasons you will leave the USA after your studies).

3) if i get a student visa and arrive to the U.S , what steps i do to get a green card fast ?

You can't, a student visa does not lead to a greencard. Depending on your studies, you may be able to find an employer after to sponsor a work visa, and some work visas can later lead to greencards, but that would be many years away.

4) how long i can wait for my green card to get ready because some peoples says in a month and other says 10--15years (and it's not logical to wait 10--15years)?

How long it takes to get a greencard depends on the path you take- for example through marriage to a US citizen it can take less than a year. For sibling petitions it takes 12 years, see the link I provided to the official website earlier in this thread.

I just want to clarify for some, Tunisia is a closed economic country. The Dinar can NOT leave Tunisia. So even if he is a millionaire in Tunisia, he can't send the money out of the country. In this case, he would need his brother to pay the registration fee.

Aymenbensaid, the fee can come from ANYONE and credited to your account. Just be sure to include your name on the payment. See if your brother living in the states can help you. As mentioned before, you can't work on a student visa. So unless your brother is willing to support you financially, this is not a good plan.

On another note, if you plan on studying in the USA in two months, better get accepted by the college asap and get on the schedule for an interview at the embassy, as it can take 4-6 weeks easily to get an interview.

please one question : if i travel to the U.S in a tourist visa and then apply for a greencard is that ok ?

Could you clarify your question? Perhaps you missed some information?

Travelling to the USA on a tourist visa does not allow a person to then apply for a green card. A tourist visa is just for being a tourist (and then leaving again).

but i'm going with my brother who is a U.S citizen.

Then your brother can start a petition for you.

But the waiting time for that category is more than 12 years and you have to maintain a legal status for the whole time... Not possible for this whole time IMHO.

I think you need to ask what you want to know again.

As a non-US citizen visiting on a tourist visa, you cannot obtain a green card.

If your brother is a US citizen, he is able to petition for you if he is over 21 and living in the US, but this path would take you 12 years to obtain a green card. You will not be allowed to live in the US while this petition is pending, however. There is no fast track process for siblings. You must still leave at the end of your allotted stay on your tourist visa.

Your brother's citizenship has nothing to do with it. You cannot go on a tourist visa and apply for a green card. From what you have said to date you will most likely need to postpone going with your brother until you have a student visa figured out and in hand.

As others have said your brother can apply for you, but it will take many years.

Check the visa bulletin here:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5993.html

Your category will be: F4 - Brothers and Sisters of Adult U.S. Citizens.

12 years is nothing... Brothers and sisters from Philippines wait 24 years for their green card...

That's 30 days to get the card AFTER petition and visa approval. So for you as a brother that's 12 years + 30 days.
