NOA2 ON 16 APRIL AND STILL MY CASE IS NOT WITH NVC

Good Morning Beautiful People of VJ..I received my NOA2 on April 16 and until now NVC is claiming they dont have my case..Called USCIS over a million times

and they said they have sent it to NVC...Im very worried and really want to know if someone on here got approved during this period of time and still has not

gotten his or her case number from NVC..What do i do now...Please would love some suggestions and Advice..Im missing my wife so bad..

Hey...my noa 2 approved on 27th march....I'm waiting for case number...n they said wait more 20 days...soo maybe on 30 June...I wil get any response or number.... :( :( :(....ppl says call Nvc a lot bt it's useless..ur case is delaying more if u cal dem a lot....

@ Adan qam...Well thank you for sharing..Others got their case numbers just in 2 weeks it left USCIS and we been waiting all over this months and nothing to boost about..

God save us all..Well i think its worth been waited for..Thank you for posting.Bless you

March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Ur welcome alema...we r tensed bt can't do anything...may Allah help us ...ya I knw ...almost everyone get their case number widen 2 weeks...but ready all ur forms like ds 230....pcc...aos..etc....tc a lot :)

i am also approved feb 22,we call many times to nvc and uscis..in uscis record they send our case to nvc march 19,but instead sending to nvc they send it to NRC.. we seek help to senator.. hubby did 3 info pass to get back our case.. hubby infopass is may 29 the officer tolf him our case was already in their building and requested to transfer it to nvc.. then june 5 i called nvc thanks god ous case was in their building at june 3.. june 7 got our case number..

Believe me when the train leaves that station it is gonna go 100 miles and hour from there. Be ready. You have come this far so hang on for a lil while!!

NOA ----> 3/23/17

an approved file does not go through additional administrative review

these approved files are still sitting at the office that approved them

4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!

I would you suggest you go over to the NVC filers thread. many have gone through what you are going through and have done things . Very knowledgeable people there.

My journey

NOA2 (1st) on March 27th

NOA2 (2nd) on May 13th

NVC on May 20th

Something is definitely wrong with the shipping/mailing system between USCIS and NVC.

Issue was not at NVC but at USCIS, call them and request that they open a case to track your file.
