My daughter worked at Tim's for 2 years. They, like Robins in Canada, use 18% cream. I know a few people who like Starbucks in Canada, however Starbucks only use half and half (along with **, 2% etc.) Just recently (January) they introduced 18%! I asked the manager in S'toon, before I left how that was working for them, and she said they had increased their sales, and people had specifically said, they were stopping there to get morning coffee now, due to the 18% cream! Unreal. In S'toon, there are NO downtown Timmies. Weird.

Ya, now that I think of it there are no downtown timmies. . . starbucks though. . .
