Hello Everyone,

In 'My Timeline' on Visajourney.com it says my case may be "adjudicated" as early as February 13th. Does that mean I should get NOA2 on Feb 13th? Or does it mean K1 Visa on Feb. 13th?

11/13/2006 Received NOA1 - (Late due to my changing residences on 11/1. FYI, move before you file!)

11/13/2006 Called Customer Service to change address

12/02/2006 Received verification of Change of Address - snail mail

01/10/2007 Bought ticket to visit Pu on Valentines Day!

05/21/2007 Pu returns to Embassy with new passport, visa granted. Visa issued the following day.

05/26/2007 Pu arrives in USA!

05/30/2007 Married!

06/26/2007 Overnighted AOS petition to Chicago Lockbox

06/27/2007 AOS petition delivered to Chicago lockbox, signed for by V Bustamante

A decision on your petition may be decided by Feb. 13 - it's an estimate. This is only the first part of the processing. You will not receive a visa until the next steps are complete and approved (The approved petition goes to the NVC then to the foreign consulate, then wait for the packets to be sent, return all the documentations, have a medical exam, wait for an interview date, interview and hopefully receive your visa). Take a look at the guides to get an understanding of the complete process and all of the requirements.

9/19 NOA1 CSC Recieved

9/25 Notice date Check cashed 9/25

9/28 I Recieved NOA1(I-797C) in the mail

12/5 NOA2 12/6 but Approved on 12/5 touch

12/9 Received NOA2(I-797) by snail mail

12/15 NVC has received it..Case # issued...

12/19 NVC shipped to Romania

12/22 Romanian Embassy has received an email from NVC that my Petition is on it's way...

12/29 Packet 3 sent to Veronica

1/12 2007 Packet 3 received Dang Holidays..

1/22 Sending all paperwork(I-134,Bank/Employer letters etc..,)..to Veronica per DHL, 3.5lbs...$144 WOW!

It's talking about NOA2, but it doesn't really mean much. It's just based on the average experience of other VisaJourney users. There's lots of variation. It's likely you'll have your NOA2 long before that date. But some people take longer.

That date may change with the wind too...ours did...and at first it was very depressing because the date would be backed up further and further. You really can't go by that date for an exact time.
