My hubby's interview is in a little over a week. I will be flying down next week. I have compiled everything (included here) Please let me know if there is anything else I am missing.

i dont know why the money was transferred with the western union receipt but i dont think we want to consular to wonder why, in my opinion, i'd leave it out if i were u, these people are trained and told to look out for certain things, once again, just my opinion.

Bring the western union receipts... while not recommended for k1 visas, it is highly recommended for spousal visas... also, if you have pictures with other people with the 2 of you it will be great...also phone records if you have them...

Yes, I will have pictures with other people. I used no pin at one point, but they don't store the history on their site. But I have been using Amantel and I have the record for those. I also have the credit card statements for the no pin credit card charges. I guess that should be good enough (I hope). Thanks mtcmk1 for your input. When making a package for my husband to take to the embassy I included western union receipts for money I sent my husband. I think it only looks bad if the spouse from outside the US is sending the USC money. Because it could look like they are paying for the marriage.


USCIS - 66 days ROC - 139 days from sent to approved
12/3/2012 - I-130 delivered to Chicago 5/20/15: mailed I-751 package to California office
12/4/2012 - NOA1 NBC (Missouri Service Center MSC) 5/22/15: Date on NOA1
12/6/2012 - Check cashed 8/26/15: Bio appointment

12/8/2012 - Received paper NOA1 10/06/15: Received Email card was being processed
12/20/2012 - Case number showed up on USCIS website
1/29/2013 - Called USCIS and case is still at NBC
2/8/2013 - Received an Email that we were approved on 2/7/13
3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down

By the way, they didn't take any of the pictures we brought with us as they already had the pictures we originally sent with the I 130
