Im going nuts!!!...Im a January filer at VSC, NOA1 Jan 25th, I call USCIS almost everyweek no answer, they read back what I see on my case status. Sent a letter to my congressman no answer, sent a letter to my senator no answer, sent an email to my senator no answer. Im pregnant I want my fiance to be here before I give birth but the wait is driving me crazy. No RFEs no response whatsoever. Im happy for those that are getting approved from feb and march but c'mon I cant help it to feel left alone. Sorry but I needed to vent. I know all I can do is relax and wait. Have a nice weekend yall!

I am also NOA1 Jan 25 at VSC. Approving people in front and behind us. What happened to us. I got email from my congressman today. VSC working on files from OCT 15 and before. I have contacted ombudsman , but no reply. This sucks.

the k-1's that posted here are going to be on a different time line than you will be

have you inquired about the location of your file?

almost all stand alone 130's have been sent to your local office for processing

approvals then depend on the volume at the local office

Being a February filer leaves you still well within the five month goal on processing

I am a January 8th filer at CSC. I just received my NOA2 this past monday june 10th at 5 months a 2 days. i also was getting very worried being that they were already accepting March filers and the majority of the jan filers had already been approved or received an RFE. be patient, your almost at 5 months and i bet you receive it right around then. i have been seeing at both service centers they are doing their best to approve people at 5 months or maybe a little after. your officer is probably a little slower or had cases that took longer to process. Keep your head up, you will be with your loved one soon.

I know exactly how you feel.. I spent my pregnancy alone last year I gave birth on 12/31/2012, the baby is 5 months and he has not met him.. It's hard doing it alone but you will see the light soon. I'm sure by late july or august you should hear from them.. Take it easy you and the baby don't need the extra stress..

this is our experience:

i also contacted my congressman and they contacted CSC 1 day before we were at 5 months and csc said we were still within normal processing times. I dont think they can do much until after 5 months, from my own personal experience. The monday we did receive our NOA2 (June 10th) i called about 4 times until i got a tier 2 service line. they said a little more, and it was nice not to hear them read things i already knew. the tier 2 officer told me to wait another 60 days and then call back. this was my low, we past the 5 month mark and then wait another 60 days! in the perfect moment when i thought all hope was lost we received our NOA2. I dont know if it was for contacting them or what it was but my advice is keep faith and pray a ton! your time will come in the moment when you need it most.

marjon2011 I hope you can get the NOA2 approved very soon I know it is hard to wait and very frustrating... I am still waiting to get our case approved We are NOA 1 December 18th, 2012

I found a timeline on this website that for some reason I can't find it now but it seems that they are working now on December cases and I also found that there are some January and February cases that have been approved so hopefully I will see you soon in those approvals! :)
