I think I am correct in saying you have six months from being issued the Visa until you need to enter the country. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If you have been scheduled for a Consulate interview, is it possible to reschedule and if so how long can you delay the interview.

If the beneficiary enters the country but you don;t marry and the beneficiary leaves within the 90 days, what are the consequences?

Thanks

Typically it is 6 months from the visa issuance. There are exceptions, typically when a medical may expire

Yes, the delay is dependent on how busy the consulate is, it is not immediate and will cause significant delays.

If the beneficiary leaves within 90 days, there aren't any consequences, typically it will be more difficult if the beneficiary wants to return as a tourist.

Good luck

Visa validity date is tied to the date of the medical completion date. The visa is never valid for 6 months from issuance date. The actual date is stamped on the visa.

You can re-schedule the interview twice before having to pay a new visa fee. Remember the petition approval is only good for 4 months, but it can be extend up to a year 4 months at a time, so if you are going to re-schedule for a much later date to contact the embassy to extend the petition approval time also.

No consequences if no marriage and the beneficiary returns to their home country. It may make it difficult on the beneficiary to get another K-1 later if the petitioner does not contact USCIS to cancel things, but that is about it.
