Yes,her uncle is a U.S. citizen.I have a residence here for a long time,we live like 10 minutes away from each other,I have bank accounts here,I pay some bills on my name that go beyond many years.I got my new passport here in my town last year as I did not take it out for a long time and just got it at the USA Embassy last year and they know that I lived here as my passport was very old.Do I send the I-134 with my I-129F for them to see, would this be better as I never worked in the US?Also is not having chat logs lack of evidence as we dont send emails to each other, used MSN from the start but MSN is closed this year,I have facebook but I deleted an opened accounts like 3 times,I know I would not need logs in my situation but what would be good to send,I have pictures, travel ticket and hotel bill, ring bill, call logs from the past 6 months, skype call one year ago on her cell.Any suggestion would be great.Thank you!

USCIS is primarily interested in whether or not you have met your fiance the past two years in person, so the evidence I suggested shows this. The embassy will be interested in proof of a bonafide relationship, which is what you are addressing. Most advise to send that proof in with the I-129f even though USCIS doesn't really look at that as much, because the embassy will need it.

What you have sounds like a good package of proof on that.

Thanks,my only problem is that I did not plan this,we live in the same town and went out for over 2 years,,she was born her and I lived a long time here.So sending the pictures with family, friends, vacation, travel bills from this year to Paris together, ring bill and my bills that show I live here will be good?Do they ask for email, chat and phone logs,it sounds silly in my situation,ok for the phone but I do not have chat and emails?

Let's separate this into 2 things:

1. You need proof that you have met the past 2 years. This is what is required as part of the I-129F packet that you send to USCIS.

This can be met from your lease statement, bills, bank statements showing use of your cards in her country, and passport stamps - all used as primary evidence that you have indeed been in her country the past 2 years. Pictures can be used as back-up evidence of this as well, as long as the pictures show the two of you and with recognizable spots as background.

2. You will need proof of a bonafide relationship. This is what the embassy will require.

Phone bills showing regular calls to one another, pictures of the two of you and with her family, and ring receipts can be used as such evidence, along with the proof of having been with her that you sent with the I-129F. Since you do not have chat logs they can read, I would suggest many, many pictures with her and her family, as well as maybe even sworn statements of affidavits from some members of her family stating your relationship to her to be bonafide.

It is suggested that you send this proof of a bonafide relationship along with the I-129F as well, because the embassy will require it anyways and sometimes it is beneficial to "front load" for them.

You do not need to send the I-134 or any proof of support with the I-129F, as the USCIS doesn't care about that. The embassy will ask for it at the interview.

Thank you Leon, this was very helpful,I appreciate it,the idea for friends and family to sign affidavits was a very helpful suggestion.I will use my bills that I pay and bank statements all from the past two years also and cell phone logs, they will not be as old as they give to prepaid users only 6 month back logs on request but in every day there will be like calling each other 10 times a day.Again thank you!
