Is this normal? Can someone lighten up my worries...

As per my AOS timeline, was luckily transferred to CSC and finally after 4 months, i was approved without interview. So far im awaiting for my greencard to arrive in our mailbox. though been approved in my EAD but the card never came bcos its still pending.

My worry is .... WHY? does my K2 son AOS get pending case since we filed our AOS together, do biometrics together, replied RFE together and done by sending whole files again, transferred to CSC together. Is there any processing time for K2 approval? even the mother is approved already?

I just need some info's if someone here with K2 process and/or with case like mine. Thanks!

You are lucky for getting approved earlier.

I came on a K1 with a son in K2. Yes like you we did it all together and went through the process together. There was an instance it was only him who got a letter for the interview and I went with him. The USCIS interviewer told me, that I am also being interviewed that day and they just sent one letter.

Did you call the USCIS hotline for this? How did you know you were approved, was it through the email? did you check his case status online? I am sure that his AOS is also approved.

Just check his case status online or call the hotline.
