So I have a question about what Alien # I'm supposed to use for my forms?

I have the A # from when I originally filed for the I-129f but then i think my A # changed when I got my Packet 3 ?

Or is there another A # I'm not aware of? :)

I'd appreciate the help

THanks! ^^

And on your visa?

I would trust the one on your NOA2, but check your visa on your passport. If it's the same #, then no problem.

If it's very different, then you may need to inquire more about which one is the right one.

Your A# should not have changed. The A# can be found on your NOA2 I-129F petition approval.

Just one question ^^;

I just looked at my NOA2

there are two numbers that comes up on the NOA2 as well as my passport.

One of them is receipt number?

and the other number is Axxxxxxxxx written above my name ? (on the NOA2)

I'm a little confused about which one I use for the documents

Would appreciate the help thanks!

I would use the one on the back of the I-94 and on the Visa...that is what you entered the country with. You have to send in a copy of the NOA2, I-94, and Visa anyway, so maybe it won't matter which is used.

Not everyone has the A# printed on their visa or on their I-94. Even if it is written on the I-94, they should trust the one on the NOA2 over any hand-written one on the I-94 that can be prone to human error.
