I Submitted I-130 in September received NOA1 on September 19th still no word about NOA2 have had Congresman enquire twice and even did infopass and went to the office curious if anyone else is stuck that filed in September case was transfer to Dallas Field Office.

then rework yer timeline

there's a september 2012 filers thread, and a November 2012 filers thread here -

so you might want to join in on the one that makes sense for you ..

I will since I filled out for K3 also earlier this week need to go in person and talk with them again and make sure that does not slow down the I-130.

I suspect they will pull it out but want to cover my bases this waiting is so hard

I miss Macau and the ok la.

Update: Had infopass appointment in Irving Tx they said my case was sent to Kansas City Field Office recieved a RFE for bona fide marriage sent off 200 pages of proof
