Post Decision Activity

On June 12, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Filed our petition in February while we were together in the USA. Came back to UK in March, after waiting for 3 months and looking at how slow the system was I flew back to be with Kim for the summer. Arrived in USA 10th June logged on today to USCIS and had the above message.

I am not due to return to UK till August 27th but now I am thinking after the package arrives in UK (i'm guessing about 3-4 weeks from now) I should get back early and start arranging for my interview.

It stayed in Vermont which is why I was very surprised to see the update, not that I am complaining dancin5hr.gif

Congrats! Was your application moved to Texas or did it stay in Vermont?
