Can someone tell me where I can find a good list that tells what paperwork needs to be filed after the petition is sent to the National VIsa Center along with other steps that have to occur at the Philippine Embassy in Manila? I already know about the medical at St Lukes. I am a US Citizen and my Filipina wife has her green card; she's also with me here in the US, but we're still waiting to get her two boys here to join us. We got our I-797 NOA on February 28th.

Thanks in advance for the info.

CR2/IR2 at NVC stage, you have to wait for their NVC case numbers and IIN (invoice id #) before you can proceed. Once you have their NVC case#'s, you can either wait for their official email and send in the barcoded DS3032 (choice of agent) by email or snail mail.

Next, once AOS fee is invoiced and paid, you will prepare for your AOS (Affidavit fo Support I-864), including your tax transcripts etc..,you only need to pay once for the $88, if the two boys will travel together. Once your 'choice of agent' is accepted, your IV fee bill gets invoced and after it shows paid online, you prepare for the IV packets for each of them.

For the IV packet: my husband submitted the DS230 form for my two-year old child, only part1 of the DS230 form will be signed by the 'choice of agent' if the applicant is a MINOR, just like in our case my husband is the petitioner and the assigned agent. Original NSO birth cert plus a copy, Orig NBI clearance and a copy for those above 16 y/o.. (2) 2x2 photo each.. I think you might need your marriage cert since the boys are your step sons.. I think thats about it.. For more info read the guides on the second post.
