Hello,

We recently filed the I-751 to lift conditions from my wife and her two children (18, 10). We only received a notice of Biometric appointment for my wife and the 18-year old. Does the 10-year old typically not have a Biometric appointment? Or was her appointment notice lost in the mail?

Thank you!

Okay, maybe the appointment notice was lost in the mail. I will just bring the 10-year old to the appointment with my wife and the 18-year old. I suppose her appointment would of been at the same time anyway. (I did call the USCIS and they could not give me any info but suggested I bring the 10-year old to the appointment and ask then.)

Thank you.
