My fiancée went for her interview this morning in Moscow, she said the guy spent a lot of time going over the documents and when he called her up he said the documents were all in order except her vaccinations were not all current, she told him that she was told not to get pregnant for three months after the vaccinations so she did I not get them because be want a baby right away. The guy told her they needed to think about it for 2 weeks and she would get a letter, any thoughts? I am not sure what to do next or what is going on now..

Why not get the vaccines that are required for her to get the visa, and wait the appropriate period before trying for a baby? 3 months isn't a long wait, and she won't be able to get the visa without a completed medical exam anyhow. So, if she doesn't get the vaccines, you may not have the chance to try for a baby :D

I agree, if I knew it was going to play out like this that is what I would have done but I have also seen others that say you get the vaccinations in the USA, even the doctor at the exam told her not to worry about the vaccinations.. She is very Leary about taking any medications or getting any shots..

You need to do more thorough research on this. From what I read myself I remember that if you cleared medical exam, the doc said that everything is fine and you got your envelope, you are not obliged to get missing vaccinations before departure from your home country. BUT one needs to have all required shots done for adjustment of status. So one can do it in U.S. (If she gets pregnant right away after arrival, no one will insist on those shots I assume) So read a little more, get some references and email to the embassy. I don't think that missing vaccinations is the basis for visa denial. They worry most about STD and tuberculosis.
