IV Bill, In Process Then Not Paid

Not sure what is going on.

I searched but I couldn't find a question similar to mine.

IV bill invoiced yesterday, paid yesterday, printed cover sheet yesterday, says in process yesterday.

Bank shows in process today but NVC shows as NOT PAID today, drats.

So wait or call NVC?

is out of yer bank? check all pending transactions with yer bank online.

Bro not for sure but maybe they have not entered that data in the system yet

but if the bank showed it paid , it will get in the database at some point...hopefully

sooner rather than later.

The thing that I got another set of choice of agent letters today and then is when it changed from in process to not paid.

I'll wait till tomorrow before I call.

The concern that I have is that I have already mailed the IV package with the cover letter and it will get there tomorrow.

Mine took almost 2 days to show as paid from the time the bank showed it cleared. I assume there is a slight delay in the site updating.

Did it ever go from in process to not paid and then paid?

Actually, mine never showed as processing, just not paid. I don't know... either way I would call if it doesn't show as paid within a 48 hour window or less.

It never hurts, and sometimes the NVC even has good news! :)

it's a known thing that VISUALLY the payment portal looks different

when NOT using IE v7 or greater

on a PC.

The site was designed to 'work best' with IE V7 or greater, from a PC.

Scrounge around a bit today, find a machine with IE V7 or greater on it, have a look, and report back.

So I called NVC today and they confirmed that the payment is showing as NOT PAID in thier system. So as they asked that I sent an email to NVCInquiry and attached PDF of the payment receipt and my bank print out showing the payment left my account.

The reason for the slight panic is that the IV package should arrive there today and I don't want it rejected.

Man, with this process it's one thing or another. Its enough to make one to start drinking.

PS: SHows the same on IE8, Chrome, Safari. No access to IE7 but I'm confindent it's showing as NOT PAID - sigh.
