On June 12, 2013, your notice I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Hello everyone! I just received this kind of update an hour ago. I am wondering why it was not stated if our petition has been approved or denied. I would be so happy that we received an early decision but I am not certain of what the decision is. Hope you guys can give me feedback in case you received this kind of message as well. THANK YOU!

Hi there! Really appreciate the response. How long would it take for my fiance to receive the letter? I am just confused because as for some cases when they reached this stage, it was directly stated if they are approved or not. So I'm kinda anxious..

It is hard to determine if it is an approval or denial, as I have not seen it worded this way. Usually it will say we approved this 129f. You will ahve to wait for notice in the mail.

Another thing is the last time I checked our status, its on INITIAL REVIEW. We have not pass DECISION and immediately the Email sent to me this morning which I also verified on their site indicates that the is already on the POST DECISION activity. Makes me more confused.
