Man, I don't know - I simply don't know.

as it's the Dallas Office (yet in Irving) and

that's it's own beastie, in and of itself.

The folk behind the glass don't know sh|t about the I-130 Adjudication Unit in the other part of the building, and the ONLY relief I got there , whilst there in an infopass,

was to get the floor shift supervisor to talk on the phone with the I-130 Adjudication Unit Supervisor, running through my list of questions.

I hate the Dallas office, with a passion reserved only for dueling foes.

But I digress. I got a lot of 'in' with my Congressional Immigration Liason Staffer Human as well, as she was able to get answers within 24 hours of posting a query in...

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I got a hold of USCIS Tier 2 support on friday they have sent a request to Irving to find out why it was sent back they said I should hear by the the 27th so I don't want to what that long to find out whats up I spoke to Congressman Marchants office and they are going to inquire again they are being real helpful I guess this should be moved because it is my I-130 case.

But my I-129F K3 was still in my name not my wifes and I verfied I filled out the application correct and yesterday was the deadline to get back to me so Tier 2 sent a reminder Irving office just threw the paperwork back at me and said was not there problem you have to call so helpful.

This is weird my case being sent back I was worried it was because of the K3 but it was sent back before I submitted I/m curious if it went to the new Overland Park Ks office that is suppose to help MSC hopeful my congressman can get and answer
