You are waiting for your Noa2 right? According to your timeline you got your Noa 1 in February, it's only 4 months, why go for a info pass? Does your case have any special circumstances?

I wish I would have had a list of question when I did my infopass to refer to so let's not be so quick to tell someone to just sit and wait it's not easy to do I know my wife is getting impatience and wants to be here when I went in all they told me was why didn't you file a 129f for K3 to bring her her so now I've filed for that also now 9 months waiting for the I130 they told me they will probably throw out the K3 since I'm so far along but have to cover my bases and they said my case was about to be assigned to an officer so hope to see some ideas before I make another appointment

process is definately taking longer. I have been constantly comparing timelines and many got approved within 3 months being very very veryyy similar timelines so i dont know.

When I went to my info-pass appointment, my case was not pulling up on the on-line system nor could I find processing times for the location, so I wanted to make sure everything was ok. The officer asked me more questions than I asked him http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/424987-las-vegas-office-i-130-timeframe/ I can't say that an info-pass is for everyone, and some field offices are swamped. Did it hurt my case to go? I don't think so, and it was approved and forwarded to NVC 2 weeks later.

It doesn't hurt to go and ask, my husband wants to make an appointment for next month it's going to be 7 months in July. And I read in here some people got approved right after an infopass so good luck to you and keep us update
