I have a few questions.

My wife come in the USA on a K-1 Visa.. We filed her AOS in first part of Jan 2013. 3 weeks later they sent and RFE for current years tax transcript. At the same time they sent a appt letter for biometrics. We did the biometrics first part of Feb and sent back the tax transcript. They listed March 4th as of officially receiving the RFE back. It says they case will be updated or continue onto a interview within 60 days. It has been over 90 days and have not heard anything. During that time we received the EAD card. But nothing on the I-485 has been updated. We called into the USCIS and the people who answer that seems more like just general information says to just wait a few more week then call back in. That is same thing they told us last month when we called in. They keep saying if there is a problem they can forward the case to an immigration officer but say there is no problem so just keep waiting..

From what I can tell it has not been forward to our regional office for an interview and seem to be just sitting at the national visa center in Lee's Summit Missouri. We are located in ORlando, Florida.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal and if there is anything I can do to confirm everything is still moving forward and it has just not been lost in the system or something?

All other cases in my area seem to be get to interview within 4 months. Starting to worry.

My wife and I also filed for AOS from a K1 in January. Biometrics was done and EAD/AP card sent to us. Now we are waiting on AOS and her green card. If you have been following the discussions for Jaunary and earlier AOS filers it appears that those applications requiring an interview have already been handled by local offices and those not requiring an interview are in for a wait of up to one year.

I say just rejoice and thank God you two are together and the green card will come in time.
