I think we're approved!! Someone please provide input. My wife forgot to ask the officer if she was approved because she was confused since it was too quick.

She got to Delhi at 8 and at 8:15 she was allowed to enter the queue and go through security. She was given a number and talked to an Indian lady about who is sponsoring her and what language she wants the interview in. Then she waited until her number was called and met the CO. Wife said the interview with the officer took maybe 30seconds. What's your husbands name? Where does he work? How many people attended the wedding? Then he handed her a piece of paper saying when the passport comes to pay the fee using the A#. No photos were seen or anything else asked. Approved. Correct?

Tried the CEAC website but it says Ready.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Check your visa status. It says that visa is printed.

Check CEAC website it says your visa has been printed.

It says Ready. I'm going to call DOS in 30 minutes when they open to find out like Darnell suggested.

I just called to find out.

Me: Was she approved?

Operator: "We don't know, she just had the interview today. Call back in a few days when they make their decision."

Me: Is she in AP?

Operator: We can't tell

I just went to Delhi consulate website and checked the case status of spouse visa interview scheduled for today. We're the only ones in ready. Everyone else is either AP or Issued. These types of exceptions/occurrences always happen to me. I was looking forward to buying the ticket, but its on hold.
