It seems you suffered mental abuse then you have to prove extreme cruelty, showing you suffered isolation,humiliation,degradation, control etc and you need to have a psychological evaluation stating you are suffering of major depression , or anxiety and/or pos traumatic disorder, plus proving mental abuse you have to prove bonafide marriage showing commingling finances and commune residence.

- How I can prove that? What are all the things that help me to prove this? I don't have any police reports.

Back & Brighter there are many people here before filling vawa they were placed in removal proceedings . You need to ask questions in general that any member can answer if they know or have a similar situation, asking people for a specific situation like yours it may result unsuccessful because most members here will not expose their case in details on the thread.You can read all other threads such as Vawa part 2 and Vawa part 3 and you can get lots of information, and you will find case like yours as well.

back&brighter just searched around ur area for a clinic that has mental health care. I did that , got a counselor and a doc. Since im unemployed i just had to have whoever provides for me (family) write a letter that i stay with them ect and that they pay all expenses notorized.

And i dont pay anything for the services, the only thing i pay for is the medication for depression PTSD and anxiety.

Back&Brighter To show mental abuse you need a psychological evaluation stating you suffered extreme cruelty and you were diagnosed with major depression and/or pos traumatic disorder. A detailed affidavit describing all abuse suffered, proof that you had some therapy and to prove bonafide marriage as well.The most important thing is to prove bonafide marriage and extreme cruelty. Yesterday you posted here that your I-485 was denied after your interview and you have an appeal pending , well if USCIS did not consider your marriage a bonafide marriage then your case is already very weak, and I suggest you to find the best attorney in your area to help with your case.

When I feel depressed and can't take it anymore, I drive far. Sometimes to my friends who live in other states.

So Doc & counselor who you're visiting for treatment, gave you letter that you're having sessions PTSD & depression?

Do we need to complete any number of session before we send our VAWA application?

How long these sessions are and did you notice any improvement in yourself ?

How is your VAWA coming along so far?

Back&Brigter I suggest you have a psychological evaluation performed by a psychologist, counselors cannot perform psychological evaluation. Czrrr case is unique since he posted here that he was diagnosed with pos traumatic disorder and he suffers another disorder as well due the abuse suffered and he is taking strong medications for that.All aliens should consider their cases as unique, because each story is completely different, it shows some pattern, but it's different.

It's recommend at least 5/6 sessions of therapy, but keep in mind that lately a lot of people here got request of evidence asking their psychologist to inform progress of the therapy and to inform if there is referral to see a doctor, it means they are getting each day more and more exigent with Vawa cases.

Do I need to have 5/6 sessions before I send my application or I can send the therapy sessions info later after starting the process?

What are your suggestions on the above?

Can I file all together like I-360, I-485, I-765 (EAD) first time with the application? How much time it takes for EAD to approve?

yes you have to send the psychological evaluation along with application first time you are filling Vawa.

Please Keep in mind that your chance to have your Vawa approved is not good due your previous I-485 denial.

After getting prima facie, can one still be put under removal proceedings?

How much time currently its taking to get result of VAWA?

I have all the evidences of our shared lives. What can be done to minimize the effect of earlier denied I-485?

Can they interview me for that? Where I can explain them the circumstances.

Or they decide on paper evidences only?

I don't seem to find who the new director of Vermont Service Center is. I contacted Daniel Renaud and he told me that he's not a director anymore. Does anybody know?
