Hello guys,

I am new here and would like to thank everyone and especially Sandra for supporting this forum.

Right now, I am trying to do some research and gather as many evidence as possible, before filing i-360.

How many male VAWA applicants are here? Reading the appeal decisions that USCIS posted on their website, I found that almost all of them were male petitions and 99,9% of them eventually got denied. How hard is to prove the mental abuse for male applicant? Is it possible to obtain a restraining order based on mental abuse?

veekem we have here many Vawa applicants. If you have a psychological evaluation stating you were mentally abused and have a diagnostic of major depression or pos traumatic disorder and a great personal affidavit then your chances are good. You can file a restraining order if you are being harassed or have a reasonable concern for your safety.

Hi Miangela,

So happy for you that your AOS is scedualed.

I am reading your posts and I can say we are in the same situation.

My I 360 was approved august 13, and september 6 th was transfered to local office.

Everything is happening so fast. Which is good. Hopefully we will get our green cards too.

What is your local office? Maybe we are in the same one, I want to know when approximately should I expect my interview.

Good luck!

My online status first told last week that is transferred to a local office , but now it says it is transferred and

processed at a uscis office. The letter received in mail says that the case is processed at NBC.Does the same happened to your case or your case was moved tp your local office.?

They haven`t asked anything like rfe for medical or biometrics yet.
