Oh God! Today they changed the processing times for I-360 to August 6, 2012. I filed in June 14 and still waiting for adjudication. I'm hoping to get a decision soon. Very nervous...

I received my green card in the mail today . Yay!!!

MY I-360 has been approved today, it took 6 months before approval, I filed last February 28 of this year. My AOS has been sent already to local USCIS lat Septempber 3. God Is soo good, God Bless to everyone!!!!

Ben B i have so MANY cases approved 3/5 months ago and Vermont did not transfer to the to the local office yet, and I had some cases approved and after 20 days they transferred to the local office...go figure.

CONGRATS! IM HAPPY FOR YOU! and u give me hope myn will get approved soon too! We have a similar timeline i applied March 22..got prima facie, no RFE yet.....and have EAD now. Myn was based on mental and physical abuse ...

When do you plan to travel? It says on the USCIS website you have to apply 3 mos. before your planned departure?

I filed my AOS and work authorization three weeks ago...l received my receipts las week with a fee waiver..How long does it take to receieve the work permit?l had a previous wp with my husband does that mean l will have to go for biometrics again?

It's advised to submit Advance parole AT least 3 months in advance, because they take between 3/4months to issue the AP.

For those in need to travel due to family emergency such as death or CRITICAL condition of parents/siblings/niece/nephew you can ask to expedite the AP if you already submitted form I-131 ,if you did not submit yet then you can set up infopass and submit form I-131 right there, just make sure you have the money order with you, and after 4/5 hours they will issue the AP, and it's mandatory to proof emergency.
