My I-360 is not approved yet but I traveled outside of the country on AP in August and had no problems of coming back. I would not advice to travel though until I-360 gets approved as it's very risky. I was in this country always in status.

HI LANK!

MY I360 HAS BEEN APPROVED ALREADY, JUST LAST MONTH. I'VE NEVER BEEN OUT OF STATUS. I PLAN TO VISIT MY HOME COUNTRY MAY NEXT YEAR. ALTHOUGH I KNOW YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR AP AT LEAST 3MOS BEFORE YOUR TRAVEL DATE RIGHT? I AM FROM NY TOO, NICE TO MEET U LANK smile.pngTHANKS TO EVERYBODY FOR SHARING OPINIONS AND EXPERIENCES REGARDING AP.

No problem! Not sure about 3 months before your travel - I received my AP on Thursday, on Friday I bought tickets, and on Saturday I made a trip to another country. When coming back to JFK I had to go to another room so they would check if you're still in status. I landed late at night and there were only few people in that room, so it took me few minutes to get my passport stamped. The officer asked me where I worked and then said "Welcome to the US" :)
