Biometrics are valid for 15 months, so if they have valid biometrics on-file they should not ask for them again. If they do not have biometrics available (so it's been 15 months or longer since you had them taken) then you would need to have them captured again.

I've been sleeping in my car for 2 nights already, had plenty of time to go thru this forum. Thanks a lot guys for sharing the information.

Yes, unfortunately my marriage is falling apart. What can I say, I did everything I could to save it...but here I am on the back seat of my small Toyota Corolla trying to fall asleep.

Thank alot again guys for posting and sharing your experiences, will pray for you tonight.

Thank you ! So is my I485 at the Atlanta office now ? Bc it on the webside doesn't say anything . Just on my i 360 post decision activity.

My OCD is killing me , can't wait to be done w this!

But I guess that's a good thing that I have this vawa approved already?

The mast difficult part of vawa you pass , now wait for your interview it will be in short time

I know this makes so much pressure. I booked my flight tickets for Oct as I thought I would have my EAD and AP by then but nothing till now and I dont know what to do cray5ol.gif. Someone here got her EAD/ AP in 2 weeks and I guess even Raga Shanti got her EAD in 2 weeks. Right @Raga Shanti ??

Oh dear, I am telling you!

But let's be optimistic. I am thinking that we just got less lucky filing in a busier period for them...

I know international flights might let you change your date for a fee. And October is still 2 weeks away, I really pray that by then we are approved.

Hi everyone!

My I360 got approved on July 25th, 2013, and I see here that many of you say that your cases are being transferred to your local offices, but mine didn't. I didn't even get an approval notice. Is this normal?

I appreciate your responses!
