I filed for my I-765, I-131 and I-485 along with all other forms in beginning of Aug 2013 and have receipt date on all for Aug 6, 2013. I got biometrics appointment for Sep 5, 2013 and completed it however I haven't got my EAD yet and its driving me so nervous. I know people here got EAD in 2 weeks, can there be something wrong that I havent got EAD yet

Thank you Citragirl! I know the one work permit through vawa is free if you file thru the Vermont office. So I didn't think it would cost for I-765 since the deferred action was given based on vawa.

Did u send yours with I-485?

Naptime if you cannot pay the Uscis fee for your I-765 fill out form I-912 ok.

Hi applied for vawa 01/02/13. I've received my Prima facie 01/15/13. I filed my I-485&I- 765 02/19/13. I got approve for my EAC on 03/21/13.I got my work permit 03/22/13. Had my biometrics done 04/11/13. My I-360 was approved 08/15/13. My case was transfer 09/06/13 to the National Base Center.. I'm wondering how much longer and if its normal that's case was transfer .. On September 6 I also got an email that said that my Casa was also transfer to my local office 2 hours after it was transfer to the NBC

Hi, my case was transferred to NBC office also , but I don't really now if it is good part to not , my case was transferred on June 11,2013 and till today I don't have any answer from them even apotment day, nothing , make me really nervouse , I'm stressed it is take to long (((((((

I know how i feel minds was transfer to my local office the same day so hopefully soon .. But I'm very nervous

My was transferred to local office and the same day was resented to NBC because I didn't had medical examination , so I sensed medical examination to them and my case stock I don't know what I have to think about it some people got interview date in 3 month some people waiting 9 month already , I really don't now haw long do I have to wait , I hear that NBC office take longer then local office , it is make me really nervous but I'm sure your will be faster

What questions do they ask at the AOS interview? Are they allowed to ask about the abuse ? Since its already adjudicated?

Czzr,filed in march, after 2 weeks recieved advance parole and EAD.3weeks prima facie.approved in September

I had marriage certificate , emails betwin me and my ex, 3 letters from friends, letter from pastor of good moral caracter.

Ben B they cannot ask about the abuse anymore, but they may request documents to confirm bonafide marriage,but 80% of the time they just ask original documents such as original birth certificate, passport,marriage certificate, divorce decree(if the alien has one) and that is it, but there are 20% of adjudicators that want to see proof of bonafide marriage such as commingling finances and commune residence.

I filed on July 20th, receipts are dated July 24th. Same as you, no EAD yet.

Sandraj, do you know if I still have to do fingerprints or they'll just use the ones from my old i 485 , bc that one is still pending ?

Ben B i i know many cases the alien had to do new fingerprints, but I saw many cases they did not ask again.here is one person here in the VJ her fingerprints was scheduled 1 day after her AOS interview, go figure.
