I get my EAD card today and my date of birth is incorrect. Has this ever happen to anyone else. Can I still use the card to look for work. And how do I get it corrected.

Raga Shanti you must file Form I-765 to replace an EAD, you have to send back the original ok . The Uscis will replace without fee for error when it was issued with incorrect information.

Hello, My i 360 was approved two days ago. I filed I 360,I 485 and work permit in march. On the uscis webside it's saying that I 485 initial review. Do you think they gonna call me for an interview or they can approve with out the interview.

I had an other I 485 and I 130 last year based on my marriage w my ex.

YOU FILED IN MARCH 2012 as WELL??? this is the 3rd person who filed that month and got approved this month...... I FILED in March 2012 as well! could u tell me ur timeline and what evidence u submitted if u dont mind... PLEASE THANK YOU

APPROVED this morning !!!!!

I360 / 765/ 485 filed Sept 2012 ( mental abuse) no lawyer all by self

Ref June 2013 ( joint residence ./ abuse)

started therapy July 24 2013 ( I am the one the psychologist was seeing for free )

Ref sent back August 12 2013.

Approved September 12 2013......

Hey guys! My i-360 got approved!! Hurray!!

I filed i-360 on Feb 2013, got one RFE that needing the evidence of good moral character on Mar 2013, my EAD denied on Jul 2013 and the i-360 approved on Aug 2013!!! But the thing is I didn't get the approval letter yet. I filed the VAWA overseas, am still in my country and by myself without any helps. Well... not that excited. What if I didn't get the mail? I made a phone call to USCIS, they said I have to wait for 154 minutes to talk to the supervisor? adviser? or someone like that. I had to hand up on the phone bc I am calling from overseas, cant afford that much money.

Um... My VAWA Journey wasn't that fine. I've got depressive disorder, bipolar, anorexia, bulimia, insomnia, suicidal and temporomandibular disorder from the stress of it. I had to take so many medications and see doctors, therapists and a social worker. Ironically the social worker was the most helpful person in entire of this. I think he gave me a new life.

All I can say is you are precious and just wait patiently.

Do you guys know what is the next step of it? They said they sent the i-797??? What's in that? Any ideas??

Sorry for asking again, but anybody knows if there is a fee for I-765 under deferred action that was based on approved vawa?

I would think so unless you submit a fee waiver with your package, at least that's what I did, I sent the the fee waiver form and as per Sandra sent it on top of my whole package, when I receive the receipts they indicated that the fees had been waived
