let me give my story to clear confusion. I am here in US since 2007 . I came to study computer science and then I got job and company filled my h1b and very late in Jan 2011 they filled I-140 and its got approved in Apr 2012. where i was working i met my ex-wife and we got married and she is USC so she filled I-130 but later on she withdrew it when i divorced her in Jan 2012 . I filled I-360 back in Apr 2012 and It got approved Aug 2013 so i have two applications for GC pending. i decided to file I-360 because priority date for EB3 row was Jan 2007 and it will take almost 5 years to get GC. sorry for confusion guys. I filled vawa based on mental abuse and physical violence so I am also vawa victim but I am male so USCIS took long time to approve it.

i did not believed that my vawa will be approved as I am male applicant as i know couple of my friends who denied for vawa because it is very hard to get vawa for men and prove only mental abuse. i heard success rate for men for vawa is 20% while for women is 75-80%.

Sorry for confusion. I did not had luxury but I was on right path but my ex-wife ruined my life and i wanted happy married life but god did not gave me happy married life.

People die for love and cry for love not for GC. there are only songs and movie for love and i did not had love in my life and now i got love but one thing is killing me.

Faithkeeper I dont have two pending I-485 as my priority is not current for employment based green card . I filled I-360 and I-485 based on vawa because it has current priority date as immediate relative of USC.

I thought you had your VAWA approved Czzr... When my attorney requested extension was very simple, just ask for extension and attach a copy of your current prima facie...

Time frames don't add up. To get engaged you usually go thru courtship. Yet he got married and divorced on 2012 but has fiancee of two years o_O

You think folks are stupid. You were maintaining another relationship with another woman in the UK for 2 years where she supported you allegedly . Got married in the interim, within nooo time divorced. Weighed the pros and cons realise VAWA was your route. filed Vawa got approved , now wants to marry the love of your life but guess what. What goes around comes around and Miss UK will do the same to you. God is not a God of mess , dont being God into your Scam. Your marrieage was a scam. Dont count your approved Vawa hunni, because AOS is a whole other ball game. Unbeleiveable. You got approved on that Vawa very quick too in my books.SMH. this is insane.
