ukboy getting married after the form I-360 has been approved will now affect the validity of your Vawa approval, it will be not grounds for denial of adjustment of status, but here is something you should consider, first of all you will be a LPR it means your future wife cannot come to live in the US until a visa number becomes available,it may take 3/4 years . As far I understood she is still living in UK right? second you said she is "forcing" you to get married well every relationship where someone demands something is not a good relationship.

Thanks Sandranj. I am madly love with her too and I am on H1-B visa in USA and I never used I-485 EAD card i did not got any RFE or prima facie for I-360 because I am on H1b and i already had I-140 approved. I applied I-360 because I am in EB3 for approved I-140 and I-360 is much more faster.

as I know H1-B is dual intent i dont need Advance parole or anything . Can i marry her and bring her on H4 visa before AOS interview? I know its not good relationship as she is forcing to get married but she supported me for all two year and we waited almost 2 years and its huge sacrifice.

Too many phrases making this sound wrong... Fiance waiting 2 yrs? Forcing marriage? I360 faster wtw??? Sounds very wrong... Like... Scam!!! Sorry I can't help it but to feel offended.

citagirl you dont know about H1b visa and I-140 petition EB3 row then go here http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_6050.html and find EMPLOYMENT-BASED PREFERENCES and Third: Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Other Workers: 28.6% of the worldwide level, plus any numbers not required by first and second preferences, not more than 10,000 of which to "*Other Workers". it called EB3.

. I dont be harsh on you but I am here for advice. It is not a scam. If you dont want to give advice then dont reply but dont insult my feelings and emotions.
