Hi everyone!

My daughter just received an e-mail from USCIS and it say

your I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was terminated because you acquired status or the benefit being sought through other means. No further action will be taken on this case. You will be notified of the decision by mail.

Does this mean her EAD is denied?

I was approved VAWA in July, so I thought everything would be ok...

Please someone answer me! Thank you.

Did you get any transfer email? After your approval? Check your i485 and see if it says initial review and read the more.

I did not get any transfer email.my i485 status hasnt changed since the first time l filed in april. it has remained at initial review since then.no transfer or anything.

alicemungai I have a few cases approved two months ago and Vawa Unit did not transfer to the local office yet.Your case was approved 30 days ago then it's still normal to take 30/60 days ok.

alicemungai i just saw one of my cases and they approved on May 20 they did not transfer to the local office yet.

Sandranj Could you please give me your opinion from what you are seeing with the cases why some people get approved really fast within 8-10 months and in my case I have been waiting for 14,5 months and did not get any RFE yet? I am starting to worry that maybe there is something wrong with my case. I would appreciate any thoughts you might have. Very worrying...

I found this memo as of June 2013 for adjudicators when issuing RFE:

"If all the essential elements have been satisfied by the applicable standard of proof, including any

additional requirement to establish that the individual warrants a favorable exercise of discretion,

the officer shall approve the application, petition, or request without issuance of an RFE. 8 CFR

103.2(b)(8)(i)"

"If the totality of the evidence submitted does not meet the applicable standard of proof, and the

adjudicator determines that there is no possibility that additional information or explanation will

cure the deficiency, then the adjudicator shall issue a denial."

Iank I really don't have an explanation why some cases are still waiting adjudication 15/17/19 months and others were adjudicate in 7 months.This week I had 2 vawa cases adjudicated in just 7 months, but i still have several cases waiting over 14 months.I suggest you to email the Uscis ombudsman and get your congress person involved to inquire about your case.

Hello everyone,

A little while ago, I posted that I have an upcoming interview, it's in 6 days. While am so grateful to God and excited, after waiting since 2009, am now walking on pins and needles.

I have all my documents ready except for proving Bonafide marriage.

Well I can prove it practically, since we have been married since 2005 and we have a child together and We are still married but I ran away in 2010 after I could not take the abuse any longer. He withdrew his support that led to my denies Gf application.

We lived in his parents house and he has no income, his mother "babies" him and he hasn't worked a day in his life since he brought me and my children here. Anyway, the point of all this is we have no joint documentation of anything besides our child, which I recently found out is not proof enough of Bonafide marriage and so am here in a dilemma and am really scared, because I have learnt they will deny you if you can't proof Bonafide marriage.

When I left he had hidden all documentation from me and I had to call my country to get dupilcates of our marriage certificates and my children's certificates as well.

What do I do? What else can I show that I didn't just give this man 9 years of my life and only came to America after we were already married for 3 years and we had already had out baby before I even stepped into American soil.

I will appreciate all ideas that you guys might provide me with.
