Hi Howtosurvive, I'm just curious how were you notify about your case being transferred to the local the next day...

Anyway, I'm new to this forum and so so glad to know I'm not the only one going through this....

I received two emails on the 15 th one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Then I received two more this week. But I never get any that say NBC only local office

I just saw a message and I sent you an message back but honestly I give up my vawa lady all she does is email me she wont talk to me on phone I just applied for my 3rd work permit 3 years worth of work permit

can some explain to me what deferred action is, when your i360 is approved.

It means USCIS cannot deport you and you can apply to work in the U.S

If you have an approved Form I-360 and have been placed in deferred action, you are eligible to apply to work in the United States. To apply to work in the United States, you must file the Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, with the Vermont Service Center.

Your children listed on your approved Form I-360, may also apply for work authorization.

Permanent Residence (Green Card)

If you have an approved Form I-360, you may be eligible to file for a green card. Your children listed on your approved Form I-360 may also be eligible to apply for a green card

My interview was 08/08, not even 10 minutes. The lady said that she has read my I360 and has no questions. She verified my name, date of birth, parents names, yes and no questions and said: i'm trying to approve you, but I don't have your finger print available. you should receive your approve in 3 business days. After 3 usiness days I got the e-mail. Thanks everyone for the encouragement. My journey is done!

Congrats on all the approvals! To update you guys i got biometrics appointment in first week of sept. Then also got rfe for my vawa application. Can anybody recommend where i can get help for psychological evaluation/ session for my rfe? I dont have much $ and would like to spend as little as possible. Im in san diego, anybody who knows where i should go? Thanks in advance

Hello everyone. i m sure you guys are thinking that i got my

green card already and went on vacation. Yes i was taken away for a vacation

alright...to jail. My last few weeks is been nothing but crazy. my wife got in hold of the approval

notice in the mail before me. she research on it and found out what that was

and planned a evil trap for me. she come to the house with some of her friends and start to try to make me hit her

but i held off. so what she was trhow her self on me so i could have my prints on her body than

she start to hit her self at the furnitures and got some bruises. so she called the police and said that i hurted her and of course her friends supported the lie a i was taken away by the police

. i been waiting for my family to get a attorney to get me out and after a lot of fights with the court system they released me tody and i have to go see the judge mext month. my baby girl is with her and i m loosing my mind. my attorney is working on get this mess clear now. i m exausted,never been in jail in my life and its a horrible place.

But i think its gonna be easy because all jer friends have a long list of criminal records and in court the judge don't tend to trust people like that as witness and plus i have a bunch of professionals and personal friends that can testify on my behalf and explain in court what i went thru with her durant our marriage .

Panama Guy with all respect man it wasn't a wise decision having your case approved and keep her living in the same house, now you may have some problems with immigration for your green card and custody of your child, time to get a lawyer for your AOS and for custody as well.Good luck.

She have a copy if my approval notice but my former attorney received one as well

so i got it from him and it says approved with deferred action and also says CLASS IB1 AND HAVE PRIORITY DATE AS OCTOBER 09,2008 i m confused now because my wife is a born us citizen. sandra is there a chance that they think i m outside if US or that she is a LPR?

hey Sandra i know it make it harder now,but i was waiting for that approval notice to get in my hands before filling divorce and restraining order. i was affraid to do it without the notice in my hands.
