Hey lank how are you doing my friend..did you get your work permit?

Faithkeeper Yes, I did receive my work permit, talking to my company about coming back. Also, I had biometrics appointment for I-485 last week. However, I have not heard anything from VSC regarding my I-360. My prima facie expired over two months ago. My lawyer requested one and nothing, I sent them a letter two weeks ago and have not heard anything either. They changed the processing times yesterday. When I check processing time on uscis site for my case, it gives me 12.8 months instead of 13 months. Not really sure what that means as it's been over 14 months of waiting for me. I inquired Ombudsman office and they said they will update me as soon as they hear something from VSC. I feel like they will be reviewing my case soon but this waiting game has been very painful.
