Finally, relax and as Anajnic would say trust God, I am not there yet, my package arrived to Vermont this week I am requesting ead and aos so I don't have the appropriate experience, hang in there Sandra will respond, she always does. This place is suppose to be designed for vawa prayers, but so many bloody wankers keep coming and making bloody noise, I live in the state for 6 years, the truth is, people donot care where you are coming from, if you have plenty of US dollars in your bank, you are the most welcome, otherwise, go home. i have so many CEO friends who own their own US companies, if you have big company, they like doing business with you. otherwise, who care where you are coming from.

I did, it first goes to Local office then transfers to National Benefit Center ,then you get the email stating it s " At a Uscis office" No biggie atleast its moving and before the year is over we have Greencard.. I feel this strongly in my heart

I'm going to send a request for my second Prima Facie by myself. just wanted make sure if i'm doing it correct.

I wrote a letter saying im requesting PF (used the one Sandra posted few days ago) and a copy of my first PF

on the envelop i put my name, lawyer's name and lawyer's office address ( this address is default on my doc)

on receivable I put USCIS vermont service center's address and ATTN: VAWA UNIT

i think everyone has been kinda sensitive and lots of tension going on the forum recently..

Just a question everyone is asking. After approved vawa how long more to wait for gc interview if filed gc and vawa at the same time?

dragonfly2013 it depends on workload of each local office. I saw people attending interview after 40 days of vawa approval and others after 2,5,7months.

kittykitty does your lawyer know that you put his address? because if you are submitting the letter by yourself you should not use his office address at all without his consent ok. Despite he is your lawyer the only person entitled to use his address is his office,nobody else ok.
