K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

08/2012 Discussed my immigration issues with a lawyer

08/2012 Started gathering evidence

11/2012 Paid my deposit (forgot to sign documents)

01/2013 Signed documents

02/19/2013 Vsc received my application

02/22/2013 NOA mailed out

My lawyer has a prima facie never collected it Caz I don't need any benefit at this time.

03/05/2013 EAD mailed out (actual ead date, it will expire 03/04/2014)

03/08/2013 Lawyer received biometrics for 3/17/2013 (day after my edd, [expected due date] did early walking 3/12/13)

03/29/2013 Card in hand (lawyer received it abt a week earlier but I delivered so was unable to collect it)

Waiting for my i360 approval but I'm in no rush (good things come to those who wait)

8/14/13 i360 approved. :)

10/8/2013 aos interview. .. approved :)

10/9/2013 status adjust to lpr and welcome package mailed out.

8/15/2013 I484 transfered to local office. :)

I mean to totally delete my account. it has come to my attention that someone visits this page and monitors it. they are not a memeber of visajourney anf as a result i am very uncomfortable.I prefer to delete my account totally.Thanks

hi gizq can you please post your timeline and when did your vawa was transferred please am waiting 8 months no interview date no nothing am very sad congrats to you on your freedom

I was aproved on 07/31/12, my case was transfer in 05/28/13. I got my interview notice on 07/05/13. Took more the a year for my interview.

Did you file concurrently or separate? Was your husband ausc or lpr? Caz it took long for you!

So I have a huge problem, I just received a letter from my lawyer saying my interview date and time an that this end out contract or however you call it. Anyways the letter says I need to bring my still husband!!!?? And the letter that states the info says that for the petition I-485 the spouse has to come with. It also says I have to bring all my immigration docs, ID's, proof that our marriage was legit. Etc. I need help did everyone's letter say that you have to bring the spouse? And what kind of documents am I suppose to bring? My lawyer practically has all my immigration papers I only have some copies. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it. ?
