VJ Family I sent the forms today via priority mail. I know I will receive RFE about medical exam for sure. Other than that I hope everything else runs smoothly. Sent vawa notifications (approval and deferred action), bonafide marriage ., copies of my x-husband and my passport and requested waiver I-912 I feel serene and hoping to get ead soon

They can take their sweet time to issue my gc once I get work permit I'll feel amazing!!!

daffodils you moved to another city and probably you sent it a notarized letter to Vawa Unit right?but you must file outonline form AR11 to change the address regarding form I-485, did you file out the form?

yeah my lawyer said he did, but now that im not receiving any notices i dont really know whats going on. Is there a way to check?

Wow guyssss, it was a very blessed and prosperous week with all the approvalsssss!!!!! Thank you God..... it was bam after bam after bam!! They kept coming, my friend after 13months got approved yesterday. Thank you Jesus!!

hope someone can answer this for me. in order to apply for ead after your i360 has been approved you need to take a medical exam????????????? and can i get some of the shots from my regular doctor. how long is it taking to get a ead.

My interview was 08/08, not even 10 minutes. The lady said that she has read my I360 and has no questions. She verified my name, date of birth, parents names, yes and no questions and said: i'm trying to approve you, but I don't have your finger print available. you should receive your approve in 3 business days. After 3 usiness days I got the e-mail. Thanks everyone for the encouragement. My journey is done!

_{godhelpusall if you did not have a pending I-485 then you have to submit the forms to adjust status including the medical exam, but if you submitted a medical exam in the past along with form I-485 I would not submit right now, because i saw many people that had t the GC approved and they did not ask to do a new medical exam,but of course if you never submitted then you have to submit now with forms I-485,I-864W,G325A,I-765 and filing fee or send it the fee waiver I-912.}

1. You need a medical exam but its not for EAD. A biometrics maybe needed for EAD but a medical exam eventhough is needed for i485! is not a necessity for EAD

I say this through my experience. I still have not submitted a medical exam but do have an approved i360 with workpermit (EAD) with pending adjustment status that has been transferred.

As long as I get ead I will feel grateful, they can take their, sweet time with gc... Ead plus ss # equals dL in my state I'll start feeling freedm!!!

You won't hear me complain, I am not looking forward to get out of this country to visit anybody, all my people can wait.

finally261212 contact your congress person again,make sure he submitted the request to vawa Unit? Vawa Unit may tale 10 days to answer him/her back. Did you contact the ombudsman?

You need to keep in mind if you leave the U.S. without an advance parole your AOS will be not valid anymore, because they will consider you abandoned your case, if you have to travel go but with advance parole ok.

l need to work right now, as in asap but i also need to file for my green-card, guess i will see what direction the lawyer wants me to take. am going to ask for a wavier on most of this things since l haven't been working at all, but l will find a cheap surgeon for the medical.

I'm elated with joy, my eyes are swollen from all the crying I did some ten minutes ago. Finally I am no longer in limbo. I almost gave up numerous times but with the support of my family I pushed through. Your approvals here gave me hope. God is good all the time! Prayers to all who's waiting for approvals.
