The prima facie meaning is to help aliens when their cases are still pending , but once the case is approved the aliens suppose to provide for themselves without using public funds for that.You can use "charity" in any hospital without they consider you a public charge ok.

OmG Sandra I was told I need to wait a month to get a second dose on vaccines I am missing. Could I send the package with missing medical and then just send it as soon as it is completed?

citragil I have the same medical situacion about you, I need a second dossis of one vaccine but I send mi I-485,because the doctor select a waiver for my in the I-693 form, so my lawyer send my package I-485 one week ago .....

I asked the same question to Sandra and she said me if the doctor select a waiver I will not have any problem

ok I unserstand you, I have my vaccine record of my country the doctor here gave my 3 vaccines more and now I just need one second dossis for MMR vaccine for be complete but with the waiver that the doctor select in the form I was fine for send the I-693.

Hi all! Hope everyone's doing well! Congrats to those who got approved and best of luck and patience to those who are yet to be!

I have a question. My I360 got approved on July 25, 2013. The status of my case is on Post Decision Activity on their web site. But I have not received an approval notice in the mail. I have a lawyer but he seems to be too busy to pay attention. Last time I checked with him he didnt receive it (usually USCIS sends stuff to my lawyer bc of sensitivity of the case), and I moved to another city (changed my address) and also didnt receive it. And another thing is that my I485 (which i filed concurrently) is still on Initial Review, and I heard it should change to "sent to the local office".

How long does it usually take for all these to go thru? I'm kinda worried!

I would really appreciate your response if anyone had experience with this.

cielo 14 the Citragirl didn't receive the vaccine waived like you received and in her case she has to wait. She can send the forms to Vawa Unit and wait to get the RFE and submit the medical exam when the times comes.

daffodils you moved to another city and probably you sent it a notarized letter to Vawa Unit right?but you must file outonline form AR11 to change the address regarding form I-485, did you file out the form?
