To God be the Glory!!!! My I-360 was approved today! I filed in December 2012. I got no RFE. I hired an attorney but Visajourney gave me a ton of information. Sandranj you are truly God sent and I thank you a lot for all the info you gave us all. Mine was a mental abuse case I did not submit any letter from a therapist. But I had a ton of information or evidence about my abuse including a police report and many others. I have been praying a lot and God answered me. I have a beautiful daughter from that marriage and she is the best gift ever! My fellow vawa applicants don't stop praying God answers prayer. Today is the happiest day of my life. The good lord has put laughter in my mouth and he will do same for everyone here.

congrats to you, to God be the glory for real, am happy for you and your baby.

Congrats to all approvals! I have been waiting for 14 months now. Not sure what else I can do to make them finally review my case. I took info pass two weeks ago, they told me I will receive a letter within 2 weeks and nothing.

Obmundsman office responded saying: It appears that USCIS was supposed to reach out to you last month. I have forwarded your inquiry to follow-up on your case. Someone should be in touch with you shortly, either from our office or USCIS.

Hopefully, they will get back to me with some result. Not sure what order VSC follows that some cases get approved in 8 months and some people wait 14-16 months. This waiting game has been very painful...

hi lank l know the feeling, l have been waiting for 13mths now, so you are not by yourself, keep praying God will hear you.did u get rfe, i did and i will be applying for my 4th primie facie next week.

Godhelpusall I've been waiting for 14 months and did not even get any RFE. It seems like they did not touch my case at all. Now it is becoming very strange to me. Hopefully, we'll get good news soon.

This is such a tender topic for me I get so emotional when I think about it.

Hello , I have my interview 8/11 and I wanted to tell to all my experience,

She didn't ask about the abuse or the marriage .

She ask my name , my father name, my mom name and I am still marry .

I already divorce so she ask for the divorce certificate , she ask if I'm working and what is my position .

She ask to see my passport , driver license and social security card.

Than she ask the yes and no question from the I-485 and ask to see any prove from my military time ( because I was in the military in my country) . Than she say that I will receive the card by mail in the next 30 days.

I did my interview in Atlanta GA, and my medical was expires and also my fingerprint was expire , I hade with me new medical but she didn't ask so I didn't give it to her, now I am hoping that the fingerprint will not be an issue .

I will let you know when I received the green card.

And I hope that all of you will get good news soon.

Thank you to Sandra for answering all my question - it's been a very long journey for me 3 years.

Good luck Godhelpusall, you applied in Dec 2012 and got approved, wow, that is really quick. Good job well done, I applied ombusman, hopefully got result next month too, so nervous, 31 bloody months waiting, seems like I overtake three other people's waiting time, that is ok, although this waiting is pretty boring and nothing you can do. LoL....
