I was finally able to reach my attorney. I have not received prima facie for over 2 months now. She says she did not receive it and that I'm not the only one who is waiting for so long. I am not sure if that is true. Do you think I can request prima facie myself?

Absolutely, I assisted someone on here on getting theres.. Fill it out send it in write a note. Ill send you the note to write , let me look for it because she used the same way I did mines
