Sandranj, thanks for the reply. I didn't sign lease. It's private house. Just renting a studio from there. I'm also working on my affidavit. Almost done with it. Just don't know how to end it. Should I ask to approve me, or just my story?

I just recieved this today even though i received the letter last week regarding the transfer, they sent me this via email stating its being processed at " A USCIS OFFICE" <<<<<<<<<< ITS MOVING QUICK YAWL

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Yayya!!! My work authorization was approved!!! Finally can start talking to my company if they can take me back.

On August 7, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

Guys, how long does it take to receive a card in mail since you get approved? Thank you very much in advance for your response.

On August 7, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

Hi guys! See all of us have the same problem. My husband is LPR. We are married for 2 years, not divorce. I spoke to my lawyer last week, have all of the documents, pictures and provement of real marriage. Went to precinct today, the officer sent me to family court to get order of protection. I can't call the police and get them to my house. My land lord will kick me out. But I do have pictures of broken walls and windows, my bruises. I also gonna go to see clinical social worker my attorney advised me. I'm just scared it's not gonna be enought. My friend is writing letter for me. What info does she need to provide about herself? If you know anything else, what can help me, please write me. I know it's gonna be tough time for next year. It's what my attorney promises me. How long did it take for you? For those one who is married to LPR.

Hi Olyasya I too im married to a LPR I filed my I360 May 2012 an was approved May 2013 I got one Rfe about two months after filing...you should get prima facie soon.

Thank you Faithkeeper! I am worrying very much because I still did not get the renewal of my prima facie, my layer sent a request over 2 months ago. Still nothing, which is kind of weird. And now I am so worrying if I go back to work and then receive a negative decision, it will be very awkward when they cancel my work authorization again. I'm puzzled and not sure what I should do - ask the company to take me back to work or wait until I-360 is approved and then go. I really need to work though!

Its request for further evidence they ask for documents pictures to show proof of bonafide marriage but not everyone gets it some people file an get approved without rfe

I submitted pictures, marriage certificate birth certificate of our daughter, my statement an letters from his mom brother my sister an a mutual friend. If you have bills to show proof of residence send that in too.
