hey friends

Sorry that i disapear for few days , after I saw that my case was approved, i call my family back home and they come in adn took me and my baby girl to orlando for a much need vacation at Disney , we spend few days there and just got back 30 minutes ago. I want to dedicated time to my baby girl and my parents durant our trip so I m sorry that I have not post here.

I have not received the approval notice in the mail but hoefully this week it will come in, tomorrow will be 1 week since I got the great news of my approval .

Thanks again to all of you that support me durant this journey with your prayers and words of encouragment. Spcially Sandra with her advice that help me get this case approved.

Thanks my friends and lets be in touch here. Now I will start the new Journey of waiting for my I-485 be transfered to local office or somewhere else that they will transfer it. Lets wait and see what is next.

They said online to follow the instructions on the approval letter. for those who received approval letter, what are the instructions that they are talking about?

Congrats panama l received my approval email a day before u n still dont hve it in the maol.prob by the end of the week we will receive them.thanks sandraj may God bless you evwryday for being tbe angel that God placed in the way of all of us suffering.ur advicw n counsel are greatly appreciated.coz of u l hve my dl my cna licence n now just got a job evenbefore l was approved.

No instructions really just nother waiting game invovled. You will received hopefully 15 months deferred action and that s it, nothing else till AOS gets transferred.Im here waiting as well

Sandranj,hi...ok i,ve been working a part time job without a work permit and l file my taxes last year and this year...l had a previous work permit through my aos which was denied but it expired two years ago and l did not apply for another one with my vawa.my vawa was approved three weeks ago and im getting ready to file for my aos..l talked to my lawyer about applying for a fee waiver and she said she,ll do that so she asked me to give her a copy of my tax returns...l asked her if that will be a problem with uscis and she said NO....so i,m confused and scared...the last thing is to get my aos denied.

finally2612 you don't t have to pay to renew your EAD,if your husband is an US.Citizen file using category C 9.

Tell your lawyer the only category who has to pay biometric fee ($80)is C 33,all others pay $380, but your case is renewal, if you have a pending I-485 you don't have to pay to renew your EAD.

hi again sandranj my exhusband was born here in the usa as i got my divorce two months now , it kind of puzzle me when she told me i have to pay $465 to renew my work permit has i never had to pay the two tims i got it before also i got in touch with congressman so they emailed me a form and say i must fill it in and fax it back to there office can you tell me what might be the outcome after they make an enquiry for me thanks agin sandranj

Thanks sandranj, and everyone. Ok i filed i360 with my i485 last aug 1. Around when will i get notice they recieve it. The problem is i didnt know i could have filed i756 with it. Can i still file that now? How do i file that. Thanks btw sandranj for the pms.

finaly261012 you don't have to pay to renew your work permit ask your lawyer to read the I-765 instruction PAGE 8-RENEWAL EAD.

Ask him if after 2007 he did not read about Immigration Law, because the Law clearly states who applied after July 30,2007 does not have to pay to renew work permit if using category C 9.

myssimd the purpose to file for a work permit is to have authorization to work in the U.S. Uscis forgive all people that worked without authorization before filing any papers with them, but once you submitted your papers to USCIS then YOU CANNOT work without authorization one single day. Pray for you adjudicator to be blind or for him/her to have ADD ( Attention Deficit Disorder),otherwise you will be in trouble. By the way I have ADHD( Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)

Hi guys! See all of us have the same problem. My husband is LPR. We are married for 2 years, not divorce. I spoke to my lawyer last week, have all of the documents, pictures and provement of real marriage. Went to precinct today, the officer sent me to family court to get order of protection. I can't call the police and get them to my house. My land lord will kick me out. But I do have pictures of broken walls and windows, my bruises. I also gonna go to see clinical social worker my attorney advised me. I'm just scared it's not gonna be enought. My friend is writing letter for me. What info does she need to provide about herself? If you know anything else, what can help me, please write me. I know it's gonna be tough time for next year. It's what my attorney promises me. How long did it take for you? For those one who is married to LPR.

Your landlord cannot kick you out because you are calling the cops, if she does call the cops on her as well,period.If you want to increase your chances then get the restraining order against him,you were victims of physical abuse the Court probably will give you without any problem, or remove yourself from the house and go to a shelter for victims of domestic violence.They are taking 1 year to adjudicate Vawa,but you can submit papers to adjust your status just one visa number becomes current for you since your husband is an LPR,usually the whole case from vawa to AOS interview will take 16/20months.

hi guys, my interview its on tuesday and iam trying to keep strong but apparently my brain is reacting. I am having some kinda eczema rash en int he hands and legs. I have tons of papers and I need to organize them to take them with me to the interview but for some reason everytime i aproach to my file i feel I want to cry. I just want to get over this. I will keep you guys posted.
