Hi Sandranj , My case status aos showed online last week that is is getting transferred to your local office. Then after two days it said(still says the same) , that case is being transferred and is now being processed at a uscis office.Later I receive the physical mail and it says that my case is transferred to NBC for speed processing.

I am tensed , what usually happens in majority of such cases , I read posts by Rachelm and her case was there on hold for about one year.I really want it to happen fast so that I don`t have to spend again for renewal of 765.

YUP!!!, it got transferred to Nebraska to speed up processing<<<<<<<<<<< just got hard copy mail today indicating this. I aint got a prob with this at alllllll. I woud safely assume that its NBC<<<<<<<<Nebraska.. processing time 4 months, which literally is 2 months in the end

And why did you spend for work permit.Im on my secong work permit and never paid for it nor did it do any fee waiver

So our case are at different national benefit centres. Nebraska and Missouri . !

I am employed now so i have to pay for 765 renewal I think as I will not fall under conditions for waiver but

I don`t have any savings yet , was trying to save money for travel for biometrics or interview.

Hope we get through this soon.!

OOPS my bad, it is Lees Summit ,Mo 64064.. Also , where did you get the idea because ur working you had to pay.. If you paid for adjustmnt status and ticked (c9)off on i765 form. ur not suppose to pay. I did not indicate employment status on my application. I ddnt pay any and im on my second

this is true my lawyer had me pay last year 380 for the renewal and this year when I had to renew it I did it all by my self and with Sandra's help and It only took one month to receive! And it was free! And I work full time.

GODSGREAT23 there IS NO FEE to renew I-765,even if you work..it's the Law.You pay just the first time if submitting I-765 alone, if filling along with form I-485 you do not pay the I-765 just the I-485 or have the I-485 waived.

But Now I have been working , and I would like you to guide me please because my Lawyer tells that I have to pay around 400 $

for renewal. Thank You.

I am confirming our meet up tomorrow (Saturday) at 2pm in the BRYANT PARK in NYC(42nd Streets & Fifth),see you girls at 2pm next to the carousel,just shoot me a text message as soon you get here ok,if it's raining we will stay in some coffee place around ok.

I never ppaid a fee for anyy but for Adjustment of Status. Just fill out the form and click c9 , hopefully soemoen else can go throught the entire process with you. its one page , nothing to to it., circle c 9 omplete the rest and send it off minus fee

I need a help. Posted before too , do we need to file I-864W with some barcode ( I mean paying some fees etc. ) or we are good with just filing the form along with other forms.

donehere there is no fees for I-864,no bar code, go to the Uscis I-864 and file the form,print out and submit,that is it.

Godgreat23 ask your lawyer to read the I-765 instruction page 8 where it states about renewal EAD.I couldn't copy and paste here,but as your lawyer he needs at least to know about Immigration Law.
