Citragirl yes you have to send now all bonafide proof when filing I-485, considering that you submitted before with form I-360 they should not ask again, but they ask for all documents again.They just not ask again for those who submitted the I-485 along with I-360.

alicemungay they just deny the AOS if some new fact/proof comes up and Vawa Unit was unaware of the existence such as the alien gets married before Vawa approval, reconciled with the abuser, or if they find out for example the alien's marriage is null and void because the spouse (abuser) did not get divorce from his first wife, and vice versa, and if the alien cannot proof bonafide marriage. Last year the Visa Journey Member " Micandmic" had the AOS denied after her Vawa was approved, because they said she did not have enough proof showing a bonafide marriage, she posted about it.

Isnt Vawa approval contingent off bonafide marriage? How come after approval and interview for AOS they can still go back and deny the AOS?

Thats what l was wondering too.given that when u sending ur application its based on approved vawa.maybe sandra can shed some light on this.n when going for the aos interview does it mean we hve to bring all doc just like the people get aos by filing through their spouses?when l filed the 485 l did not send bills n picture l attached my pf my marriage document my pass port copy n my borth cerificate.

I can see where her AOS can trigger scrutiny and a denial. there was no filing of i130 or anything of that nature and limited docs for bonafide marriage. I ddnt have alot of pics but i sent because they requested bonafide marriage supporting documentation. What about people who still are not divorced for the day of the AOS interview, that they need to be answered if the agent asks because they have not yet divorced. sometime is for money, sometime they do not know where is the wife or husband.

I know of one person that her husband was deported for ICE to mexico and she does not any information about he and she does not how make her divorce.

I am still married , I have a huge IRS bill because of this dude ,and had to send my VAWA documents to IRS to prove abuse. I say that to say this.. " I dont have the money",And I dont wanna deal with that stress of him meeting me in the streets because funny enough he mooved 4 blocks , a 2minute walk away from me. To intimidate me

Case got transferred to local office Monday

Thank God.. What about your case Godisgreat?

My online status first told last week that is transferred to a local office , but now it says it is transferred and

processed at a uscis office.The letter received in mail says that the case is processed at NBC.Does the same happened to your case or your case was moved tp your local office.?

They haven`t asked anything like rfe for medical or biometrics yet.

Hello Everyone.

I m so happy to write here my good news that at sometimes i thought that would never come.

Today I went online to check my case even that I for almost 2 years my case didnt appear online. Today it did and its says my case was approved today. I m so happy and I cant stop crying.

Thank you all for the supporte and BIG thanks to Sandra for helping me for the last few months writing letters to VSC, God bless you Sandra.

I m so happy that I cant even explain. for those waiting I know its hard but keep faith in God and he will give you victory.

Because i operated from a platform of fear for too long whilst living with him. He is involved im assuming because I dont see him at all. his daughter calls and I dont answer her either. I cut all ties. If i feel threatened i will call the cops in a Newyork minute. I really dont see him , im not involved with anyone have no intentions of so i guess he maybe happy for that. Another reason is i ddnt want to have to change address with USCIS just for the mare fact of how complicated it couldv gotten. Moving costs money and I cannot afford it. I work from home son i stay indoors most of the time till better can be done

Hi Everyone

Just want to pass by and post a thank you message to all those that cheer with me yesterday when i got my approval. My day was amazing, i took my daugther and we spend the day on the beach ,I felt so free and I could see in her eyes that she understand that I was feeling good and that made me so happy, I hug her and hold her close to me , and said to her that she dont have to worry no more because I will protect and no one will hurt us anymore. Waiting for the letter in the mail and have a meeting with divorce attorney next week to file for divorce.

Feeling happy.
