Hello Everyone.

I m so happy to write here my good news that at sometimes i thought that would never come.

Today I went online to check my case even that I for almost 2 years my case didnt appear online. Today it did and its says my case was approved today. I m so happy and I cant stop crying.

Thank you all for the supporte and BIG thanks to Sandra for helping me for the last few months writing letters to VSC, God bless you Sandra.

I m so happy that I cant even explain. for those waiting I know its hard but keep faith in God and he will give you victory.

I waited for this day so badly. thank you God for been with me , thank you thank you thank you

I went to my i485 interview today and I got approved!!!!! I was told ny GC will get in the mail in about 10 days. I am so happy this journey is finally over for me:) to all of you guys who got approved, congratulations and to those who have not been yet, hang in there. God got control over everything. Please have faith. Good things happen to those who patiently and diligently wait. I love you guys! Thank you all for the help you guys provided me with. Listen to Sandra, she is sent by God to help and lift us up on visa journey. Love you Sandra:)

Congratulations!!!! for your great success. Can you please share your timeline for I 485 after vawa approval. Did you already have given them medical while applying for vawa? did your case get transferred to NBC too like everybody else? Please share all it will be very helpful for our vawa family here!!!!!!

Sandra can I continue the process on my own...??? You told me about 5 forms that I need to send can I ask that the fees be waived???

citragirl yes you can file for AOS without hiring a lawyer, you can ask to waive the fees of forms I-485 and I-765, there is no fee for form G325-A ,I-864W and G1145, but you have to pay your medical exam(I-693) of course.File form I-912 to waive the fees.

citragirl yes you can file for AOS without hiring a lawyer, you can ask to waive the fees of forms I-485 and I-765, there is no fee for form G325-A ,I-864W and G1145, but you have to pay your medical exam(I-693) of course.File form I-912 to waive the fees.

Correct me if im wrong and excuse my innocent ignorance. Why does she need to file an i864w form? Arent Vawa petitioners exempt from an Affidavit of support doc???

Thanks you Sandra!!! I already print them all and I went to get my tb test done at County clinic because is cheaper, also I checked the list of Drs. Authorized and found the less expensive if I take my vaccination card with me... So do I send only one form for everything? Can I make a package and send everything together? And last questions do I send it to VSC???
