So I received a letter saying my I765 got approved and that they are sending the card in a desperate envelope. I went online and it gives me the tracking number. So I went into the USPS website to track the label and it says missent?! Anyone ever had this issue before? I called customer service and all I got was that it was misrouted and the problem is being fixed the fastest they can....of course it was a machine I spoke to.

Hi guys, just a small update on my case. I filed I-485 and I-765 and received receipts about 2 weeks ago. Today I receive a letter for biometrics. My I-360 is not approved and I thought that I would receive appointment after approval. What do you think?

Hi Lank,

Can you please tell me the exact date you filed for 485 and 765?

I recently filed and I want to get an estimation of current waiting times.

Good luck for your application

peaunbutter you will be fine just make sure you have original documents such as passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce decree if you have one now, or previous one. Most of the time they are not asking to see proof of bonafide marriage, but just in case take with you some bills, pictures etc.
