I received a text that there was an update in my case and when I checked... "On July 25, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I360..."

Hi, I have not posted in a while. I just want to update everyone. My I360 got approved this week, after 10 months and 1 week of waiting. Thank you God!

I wish you all the best guys, stay positive and everything will work out eventually!

Sandra I have a question for you. I just changed my address with the USCIS from one city in FL to another, and now I got a better job back where I used to live, so I have to change my address again. I am afraid this can affect my case since now it's approved and they need to send it to the local office to set up an interview. Please let me know what you think. I am not quite sure how this process will work from now on. Any information will be helpful.

daffodils Congrats. You must send a NOTARIZED letter informing your change of address ok, you have 10 days to do that after moving to other place ok.

Did you file form I-485 if yes then you have to file form AR11 for your I-485 and a notarized letter to Vawa UNIT regarding form I-360. Vawa Unit CANNOT change your address without a notarized letter ok.If you did not submit your I-485 then file out asap and send it to Vermont with your new address.

Sandra, i did file I485 concurrently with I360. Ok, so now I need to change my address for both I485 and I360, is that correct? For I485 its AR11 and for I360 it's the notirized letter?

his san good day am very anxious has my case was transferred to my local office on December 12th 2012 and now there site is saying December 12th 2012 and am worried as I still don't get no interview appointment I have been approved vawa 7 months now they transfer my case the same day I was approved and am waiting 7 months now with no greencard interview date what can I do please help

mistake it was transferd December 26th 2012 and there waebsite is saying december12 2012

daffoldis the answer is "YES".The letter changing address in your I-360 must be notarized, and file AR11 for your I-485.

I couldn't figure out how to add my timeline but here it is:

Receipt Date 03-13-2012

*** RFE was sent in between the receipt date and the Prima Facie but my attorney kept the notice so I don't have the date, it was immediately responded. It was a request of good moral clearance letter from authorities of the places I had resided in certain amount specified by them.

Btw I had had an arrest back in 2004 for harassment back then I fought my case because it was not true and I had received proof of dismissed case from the County Court, which back then I needed to be able to receive my bond money back. Little did I know it was going to come handy years later. That letter was sent along with the clearance letter. Both originals and sealed.
